  • She personally ensures that qualified assessors are added to FTC's roster.
  • Quality Assurance on all reports is overseen by Fatima.
  • Fatima holds a comprehensive understanding of the SABS (Statutory Accident Benefits Schedule), and attends seminars regularly for updates.

Melissa Niccols - Partner

Finance/IT/Human Resources/Corporate Compliance

  • Melissa has more than 19 years administrative work experience in the medical rehabilitation industry.
  • Accounting and bookkeeping are her area of expertise.
  • She is experienced with all necessary implementation of HCAI for the Auto Insurance Standard billing.

FTC Team of Assessors

FTC  offers over 21 different areas of expertise with a roster that consists of over 120 assessors in total. Each discipline houses a minimum of 2-3 assessors.

FTC  has developed a strong working relationship with our professionals.
