Rights of the Person Served

People served at FTC have the right to:

  • 1. Be treated fairly and with respect
  • 2. Privacy and confidentiality of your information
  • 3. Be free from abuse, exploitation, retaliation, humiliation and neglect
  • 4. Inquire how your services will be delivered and by whom
  • 5. Refuse or terminate services from FTC
  • 6. Know how your information will be used
  • 7. File a complaint

How to File a Complaint:

Should anyone feel that they were not treated in a professional, courteous and respectful manner they are free to file a formal complaint either by email to ftc@ftcentres.com or call our main number at 905-565-8460 and ask for #30 and leave a confidential voice message for Melissa Niccols or Fatima Rego.

FTC investigates and responds within 2 business days. We monitor any complaints and take them very seriously.
